Operations Controller
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and confident coordinating people and processes in a fast-moving operational environment?
We’re looking for an Operations Controller to support the delivery of our utility-scale solar portfolio across the UK. This role plays a key part in ensuring field operations run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and communication across teams remains clear and structured.
You will be working at the centre of the business, supporting engineering teams, senior management and clients to keep operations aligned and running efficiently.
Key responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day operational activity across multiple solar sites

Support scheduling of engineers and field teams

Maintain accurate reporting, documentation and internal systems

Track compliance, maintenance activity and site performance

Ensure clear communication between field teams, management and clients

Assist with planning and ongoing operational improvements
About you:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Proactive and able to work independently

Comfortable working with systems, reporting and operational processes

Previous experience in operations, coordination or administration
This is a permanent position supporting UK-wide operations. You will work closely with both office-based and field-based teams to ensure consistency and structure across the business.
